I've had the tremendous pleasure of working with Samantha Stiglitz on countless projects over the years. Her ability to make an actor feel comfortable and safe in the room is second to none. As anyone in the industry will attest, an actor's performance hinges on their ability to feel safe and secure, to be vulnerable to explore the work and to be able to open up and take risks. This is perhaps the hardest feat placed upon a casting director/coach and Samantha does it with ease.
Samantha's other great talent is her ability to elicit not only the best performance out of her actors but varied ones as well. Often she will take a different direction to a scene than what immediately jumps off the page.
